EU Right to Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, customers who purchase goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This 14-day period is commonly known as the cooling-off period.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us to cancel it. Where your purchase is covered by the EU right of withdrawal, you may exercise your right to withdraw before the goods have been shipped. We will cancel your order and process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
