About FIYR

The Fiyr Isle Collection is a series of books set in the fictional fantasy land of Fiyr, an island once located far far above Ireland. Lost to time, the Island was once home to a magical fire-like substance called 'Fiyr' which snaked its way into the lives of all who lived there.

What is FIYR?

Fiyr is a hot glowing substance found deep within the mountains. It's hotter, brighter and can even be longer lasting than fire. It seems to have a moral compass of its own, shaping the lives of those who share the island with it.
